At Pulse Lifestyle, we understand that the gym can be an intimidating place for some of our clients.

Our SAFEFIT location offers our personal training clients exclusive use  of a private gym, fully equipped with an extensive range of training equipment.   

Our Pilates clients can also enjoy exclusive use of a beautiful private studio space, or can join one of our group classes.  

Each gym and studio comes with its own private shower room, and as SAFEFIT is conveniently located in The Ranches Souk, there are plenty of places to refuel post-workout.
